Graphite Polystyrene (GPS) is an advanced rigid foam insulation used in residential and commercial sheathing applications, where high thermal performance in limited space is critical. Infused with graphite particles that reflect radiant heat, GPS provides higher R-values per inch than standard EPS — making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient wall, roof, ceiling, and floor assemblies.
We offer GPS insulation products custom-cut to your specifications, with full control over thickness, width, length, facers, R-values, and compressive strength. Recycled content and pest-deterrent options are also available to meet the environmental or regulatory requirements of your project.

Insulation Board
Our GPS Insulation Board offers higher thermal resistance in thinner profiles, helping meet or exceed energy code standards while minimizing material bulk.

Custom-cut sizes up to 192″ in length
Compression strengths from 10–60 PSI

Fanfold
Our GPS Fanfold is designed for quick installation and durable performance in siding and roofing systems. It features laminated layers and hinged panels that make it easy to install over uneven surfaces and existing substrates.

Manufactured in 48” x 576” bundles, covering 192 sq ft per bundle
Available with both poly and foil facers
Densities ranging from 1# to 3# per cubic foot

We do have the capability to customize our products to your specific needs. In addition, we offer custom packaging, either to ensure your product arrives damage-free, or for your own shipping and packaging needs.
