Precast
Need a temporary blockout or void fill solution? We offer precast cut parts that simplify complex concrete designs. Our lightweight foam provides superior compressive strength and is easy to work with.
We can cut our precast foam into custom shapes, and our precast cut parts can be found in bridge barricades, manholes, architectural shapes, cast in place walls and panel voids.

Details & Uses
Our EPS Precast Foam is engineered to provide lightweight, high-strength support for a wide range of precast concrete applications. From architectural panels to structural elements, EPS is used as core fill, formwork, and insulation within precast systems.
Block Fill & Formwork
EPS blocks are precision-cut to match architectural and structural designs, making them ideal for use as void fill, lightweight cores, and molded forms in precast concrete.
Benefits include:
Lightweight yet strong, reducing overall structural load
Custom-cut shapes for intricate or large-scale designs
Easy to handle and install, reducing labor costs
Non-reactive and compatible with concrete curing
Compression strengths ranging from 10–60 PSI
Maintains dimensional stability during pour and cure
Ideal for repetitive use or single-pour applications
Thermal & Structural Core
EPS provides continuous insulation when embedded in wall panels or used as core material in precast sandwich panels, improving energy efficiency and structural performance.
Benefits include:
R-Values of 3.9–4.6 per inch for superior insulation
Available in multiple thicknesses and densities
Resistant to moisture, mold, and rot
Helps precast panels meet or exceed energy codes
Long-term thermal stability
Can contribute to LEED certification with recycled content
Optional borate treatment for pest deterrence

Our Foam Products
Foam questions?
We've got answers.
Learn more about the applications for our foam products.
What types of foam products do you manufacture?
Our specialties are expanded polystyrene (EPS), expanded polypropylene (EPP), and graphite polystyrene (GPS), These products have many applications, and can be used in roofing, insulation, landscaping, stabilization, exterior siding, and more.
Do you offer custom foam manufacturing?
We do have the capability to customize our products to your specific needs. In addition, we offer custom packaging, either to ensure your product arrives damage-free, or for your own shipping and packaging needs.
Which types of foam are best for each application?
Most of our applications can be made with multiple foam types, and we’ll guide you to choose the best one for your requirements. Here’s a list of what we manufacture:
- Custom packaging: EPS or EPP
- Insulated shipping containers: EPS or GPS
- Precast: EPS or GPS
- Garage doors and door cores: EPP, EPS, or GPS
- Sheathing: EPS or GPS
- EIFS: EPS or GPS
- Geofoam: EPS
- Roofing: EPS
- OEM: EPP, EPS, or GPS
Which type of foam is the best for my project?
If multiple foam types are able to be used in your project, we’ll discuss the benefits of each product and decide together what will be the best choice for your project.
Are your products sustainable or LEED-certified?
Many of our products can contribute to LEED points, depending on application and use.
