Used in residential and commercial construction, our foam can be used as an exterior insulator as well as roofing, flooring, and ceilings.
We offer custom cuts that give you full control over the thickness, widths, lengths, facers, R-Values and compression strength. We can also manufacture our foam with recycled content or pest deterrent, depending on your projects requirements.

Suitable for both siding and roofing applications, our sheathing is available in both insulated board and fanfold options.
Insulation Board
Our EPS Insulation Board is custom cut, giving you control of thickness, widths, lengths, facers, R-Values and compression strength. It can be manufactured with recycled content to add LEED points to any green project and can also be borate treated for pest deterrent.

- Custom cut thickness for boards to meet needed R-Value of 3.9–4.6 per inch
- Compression strengths from 10-60 PSI
- Both Poly and Foil facer options
- Meets or exceeds energy code standards by providing required R-Values which remain stable over the life of the product
Fanfold
Our EPS Fanfold has hinged connections or is laminated depending on usage. In siding, this secures simply to exterior framing and provides a level of ideal surface for direct installation of aluminum, wood or vinyl siding. Used as a roofing underlayment or re-cover board, it is laminated with a strong poly or foil on each side, making it a durable, resilient underlaying insulation board.

Manufactured in bundles of 48” x 576” with a coverage of 192 square feet of insulation per bundle
Both Poly and Foil facer options
Densities range from 1# (pound) to 3# (pound) and can be adhered to or mechanically fastened to the surface.
