Insulation Board
Creative Foam EPS Insulation Board is one of the most widely used applications in residential and commercial construction. It is primarily used as an exterior insulator, both below and above grade, but can also be used in roofing, flooring and ceilings. Creative Foam EPS Insulation Board is custom cut, giving you control of thickness, widths, lengths, facers, R-Values and compression strength. It can be manufactured with recycled content to add LEED points to any green project and can also be borate treated for pest deterrent.
Creative Foam EPS Insulation Board protects from heat transfer and moisture in building envelope applications. It is versatile, lightweight and a simple install. Creative Foam EPS Insulation Board can be used in new and retrofit construction as it is compatible with both wood and steel framing as well as masonry. Its varying density options enable structures to meet or exceed energy code standards by providing required R-Values which remain stable over the life of the product.
Creative Foam EPS Insulation details:
Available in sheets of up to 192” in length.
Both Poly and Foil facer options.
Custom cut thickness to meet needed R-Value of 3.9–4.6 per inch.

Fanfold
Creative Foam EPS Fanfold is used in both siding and reroofing applications. In siding applications, its hinged connections secure simply to exterior framing and provide a level of ideal surface for direct installation of aluminum, wood or vinyl siding. Used as a roofing underlayment or re-cover board, it is laminated with a strong poly or foil on each side, making it a durable, resilient underlaying insulation board.
Creative Foam EPS Fanfold is manufactured in bundles of 48” x 576” with a coverage of 192 square feet of insulation per bundle. Thickness is available in 3/8”, ½” and ¾”. Densities range from 1# (pound) to 3# (pound) and can be adhered to or mechanically fastened to the surface.
Our Fanfold benefits include dimensional stability, compressive strength, water resistance, permeability, ease of install as well as increasing the performance of existing insulation.
