& Raw Foam Panels
Creative Foam’s HIPS Garage Door Insulation is custom routed to fit your door brands’ panel size. It is laminated on one side with a high impact polystyrene facer, providing a clean look, puncture resistance and excellent thermal performance. Our HIPS Insulation product offers soundproofing, a stable R-Value and its rigidity adds strength, exceptional insulation and air infiltration qualities to the assembly.
Our HIPS Garage Door Insulation is flexible in widths, lengths and routing patterns, providing garage door manufacturers and distributors perfectly fitted panels to insulate all garage door types. It meets or exceeds required specifications for ASTM C578.
In addition to HIPS, Creative Foam provides Raw Foam Panels for use as garage door cores. EPS high R value ensures superior insulation, providing more comfortable garage temperatures and energy and cost savings. Its sound dampening qualities result in a quieter space.
Door Cores
Creative Foam manufactures EPS Door Cores for a variety of entry door applications. EPS Door Cores provide superior strength and integrity as well as enhanced thermal and acoustic properties.
Regardless of whether you are laminating fiberglass or metal skins to each side of a door, Creative Foam can cut the core within a 1/16” tolerance to support precise manufacturing requirements. Our Door Cores are used in the poultry, manufactured homes, portable buildings, medical and hotel industries as well as educational institutions.
Aluminum Boat Flotation
Creative Foam manufactures Floatation Blocks custom cut to fill empty voids in aluminum boats. No matter if the void is in the hull or cavities under the seat, EPS superior buoyancy properties provides a long-lasting floatation product. Creative Foam’s Floatation Blocks are manufactured to required US Corps of Engineer marine specifications. In addition to its buoyancy properties, our Floatation Blocks are water and fungus resistance, low maintenance and may be dented or pierced with little loss of buoyancy.
Precast Cut Parts
Creative Foam serves the aggregate industry with its Precast Cut Parts, providing temporary blockout or void fill solutions to simplify complex concrete designs. EPS lightweight properties along with its ability to be consistently cut into custom shapes or flat sheets makes it an attractive solution for certain knock outs and block outs. It also has the necessary compression strength to handle the weight of wet concrete while remaining easy to work with.
Used in both permanent and temporary applications, Creative Foams Precast Cut Parts can be found in bridge barricades, manholes, architectural shapes, cast in place walls and panel voids.
